Approach to Change:
There are two approaches to change: the traditional planned change (left-hand approach) and the more popular continuous change (right-hand approach). The traditional approach focuses on analyzing, designing and implementing change, while the continuous approach emphasizes continuous development and dialogue to create meaning and engagement.

In the “upper stream” clear change plans and responsibilities are established, while the “undercurrent” focuses on the less visible aspects of change, such as culture, dynamics, involvement and resistance. How does gamified onboarding work?

In case a single new hire is onboarded, more time is given to the orientation phase on topic provide he assignments includes meeting with HR, through video conferencing tools.
Orientation
Through questions, tasks, photo and video assignments the new staff member learns about the company. After the orientation that takes about 2 hours, time for lunch. How does it work?
All our gamified events are played on the applicants phone, the results are placed in the custom made pdf report on a daily basis. There is no need to integrate with your IT infrastructure.
The applicant receives a invitation letter for an interview. You explain in the letter that part of the interview is based on a gamified interactive application.
The applicant starts the gamified interview at a certain time and after 30 minutes the interactive interview stops and tells the applicant to connect through (zoom/mstreams) for the face to face interview.
At the end of each day you receive an overview report of all the interviewees and through a scoring system that is created with the client a ranking is provided.

During the night the Smart Panel Solution goes into cooling mode and chills the supermarket cooling fluid by using radiative cooling and blocking the earth heat radiation.
The earth gives back the heat it collected during the day, and sends the heat back into space. This process is called radiative cooling. It is a natural every night recurring phenomenon. If the earth would not radiate heat during the night, we would be freezing.
